If you made a purchase as a guest, please contact our customer support at support@birdsb.com to initiate the return process.

3. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received by us.

4. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. If the return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement.

5. Refund or Replacement:

  • If the return is approved for a refund, the purchase price (excluding shipping fees) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
